Refund Policy

The manufacturer of VitaGLP ("they", "them", "their company") stands fully behind the quality of their products. If a customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase, they offer a 30-day money-back guarantee under the conditions described below.

1. Eligibility

• The refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
• The guarantee applies to orders placed directly through their official checkout page.
• Both opened and unopened bottles are eligible, provided the customer has actually tried the product as directed.

2. How to Request a Refund

1. Contact their customer support team using the email address provided in the order confirmation email.
2. Include the order number, full name and reason for the refund request.
3. Their team will reply within 2 business days with return instructions, including the return address.
4. Ship the product back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

3. Processing of the Refund

Once they receive and inspect the returned product, they will process the refund within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Depending on the bank or card issuer, additional time may be required for the funds to appear on the customer's statement.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

5. Non-Refundable Items

6. Cancellations
